*"Pythagoras Switch" by NHK is a TV series which targets ages four to six, with the aim of helping children realize diverse ways of seeing and thinking. It supports development of problem-solving skills from various perspectives.

The program was named the winner in the “Up to 6 Non Fiction”category at the PRIX JEUNESSE International 2004, a contest for children’s TV programs held in Munich, Germany.
